Friendly staff and always helpful.

Terrible service. Emails are only answered once a day. I dealt with a Gemma and a Bulie, both told me they would get back to me and they never did. I had to go to the store myself and then proceeded to wait 1.5 hours for my order to come out. Guys in the warehouse literally drinking alcohol at reception.

Sent an email to about 5 guys 6 days ago querying something.Still waiting for a response. This is definitely NOT normal and DEFINITELY not good customerSERVICE

Everything plastic can be found here.I oersonally buy a lot if my inventory for my own bussiness from them. They have moderate prices and the staff is always friendly to help. Calling them with questions is always an option as they will answer all your questions to the best way they can.Ive been buying inventory items from them for the past 3 years and price increases are reasonably. They do tend to run out of stock wich can be frustrating but as a popular bussiness its understandable. If they dont have what you are looking for they will reccomend another place that might have it. 10/10

Processing of orders very slow. Always short of stock. Communication is poor too.

It's actually where I work. Even though I am in the production side of the company, I can still give information, and ask further for anyone in need of service.
