I bought my car from Raceview Motors in 2020. This morning I booked my car in with them for a service for the third time. They expected from me to park my car on the street until my car is ready for the service, which will possibly happen only after 5 hours. I asked if I could park my car in the CUTOMER PARKING on the opposite side instead, and Thapelo refused, because the parking area is for STAFF, but there is a BIG sign indicating that the parking area is for Raceview Motors' CUSTOMERS only . I took my car to Barloworld Alberton and received the best service ever. My car was safely parked in the workshop and I drove away with peace of mind.

I take my hat off to Moses (sales), he went out of his way to deliver my car on time, thank you for going an extra mile. However the admin side of the team were not as helpful, took their time to provide service and feedback. Had to call a couple of times and send emails to have my purchase prioritised and car to be ready for collection. On day of collection Moses couldn’t seem to get them to finalised my documents making him wait and instead they would rather go for smoke.
