Firecience were a pleasure to deal with from the 1st contact to installation and after service. I personally have never had a more enjoyable experience. There products are top quality and their service is excellent. I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Ryan Engela and Bernard Steyl at Firescience. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and provided great advice on the various units and what was most suitable for my apartment. I was particularly impressed with the quality of information that is available on the Firescience website and the professionalism of every representative whom I dealt with. I unfortunately had to cancel my order after a protracted delay due to body corporate and trustee issues and my deposit was returned to me without question. Thank you, to everyone at Firescience for your great work and understanding!

We recently purchased the Baiona Freestanding fireplace. Allen from Firescience was amazing for suggesting it. His service was excellent and super efficient. The Baiona fireplace is as beautiful as it looks in the picture and works really well (and has been an absolute life saver during load shedding!). Fantastic product. I highly recommend it.

I actually asked these guys when We had our 1st planned face to face meeting, which they forgot about, if they wrote their own glowing reviews. So after all kinds of poor workmanship, a year later, I once again am having to do repair work. We all know about science. Some of it is brilliant and a whole lot of it is not.Sadly I cannot post a video as was sent to me by a waterproofing company I had to call in.
