Top T should be rated 0 out of 5.Went on Saturday and found a bathroom cabinet and sink for R1299 on promo and was told there isnt stock but dont worry as they will order one in for me.Was called and told it is there, got there and the cipbaord door didnt close properly so we asked if we could rather take the demo on the floor and clean it up ourselves. Off to the register to pay where the sales person Mac, had in hand the sign that still says R1299 on promo, whipped out the card to pay and then...... oh sorry this is R1699!The cheek!An entire week wasted waiting for this to arrive only to be side lined and told we have to pay R400 more for a cheap as chips, terribly made little cabinet that was as filthy as the bottom of your shoe.Goodness what a terrible experience here.I will never ever be back and wont recommend it to anyone either.Goodluck to you.

The manager is the best manager I have ever met. We want to bay a 2 wheel trolley but they did not have any in stock but he made sure to help us to get the job done. I will always support them even when I am not close will drive to them to get my supply's from them. Even the staff is always willing to help and are so friendly

Great excellent service from Macdonald, I got there when it was almost closing time as I needed something urgently, he was so helpful and friendly. They basically know where everything is and are not lazy to check for prices.

The service is not up to standard

For the more esteemed Smith. Going to buco means you know what you want and probably couldn't get it anywhere else - and the people at buco know it.The entire atmosphere of the store is we know" and "it's clearly right there in aisle 3" and "you should've come here first

Poor service, especially with floor staff. Arrogance of some staff members lives much to be desired.

Just a note to say how pleased I am with another Window Shutter installation yesterday.Brandou and his team were again first class. There were polite , respectful and professional.They were extremely conscientious and their attention to detail with the installation was excellent.I am very pleased I made the decision to do this and I also want to thank all of you for looking after me.Again, very well done.
