Growing Gurus Yoga
I love how Growing Gurus has taught my little ones to regulate their feelings and be more self aware. Amazing what Nisreen has accomplished through play ! The kids have so much fun with all the games and activities - all the while Growing Gurus are giving kids the emotional tools needed to cope with life's daily struggles and lays a great foundation for good mental health as they mature.

Growing Gurus Yoga
Nisreen facilitated a yoga session for my 7 year old daughter and friend. I loved the creative manner in which she encouraged movement and breathing through a story. Engaged nicely with the girls and had a very calming energy. It was a good experience for both mom and daughter
