Took my car for service,they took wrong phone numbers,obviously they couldn't get hold of me.i called them as the knock off time was approaching and the call got cut off whilst talking and they still didn't call me back.ay I wasn't happy with the customer service they gave me.

I took my car in for service and it was never the same. Suddenly I experienced issues with battery and got charged for wipers and Ariel over two months even today they don't know what happened to them because the lady who was assisting me left the business and no one is willing to take accountability. Well took my car over 8 days back to get the wipers & Ariel installed but with no luck so my car is still stuck with there because there's no way I'm collecting till they install what I paid for. I guess their service manager doesn't really care because this was bought to his attention but nothing was done.

Took my car for 120km and I was quoted plugs, but they were not changed. Told them my car has changed the idle sound, it now sounds like a diesel car, but it came back the same way with no changes, was told all the 1.0 have higher sounds
