Cosmetics store

Received an email that I could redeem a birthday treat in store. Went there an was told the items were out of stock - and asked to go to a different store (Bondi) which I don’t live there. Another options was take a screenshot & wait until the items become available- asking if they could give anything else for substitute since I’m going to be away for 5weeks, answered was no. I mean don’t bother send out emails if you can’t promise. :/

It's a nice n clean place n u get all u want

Service is is terrible and beyond slow. Why do they not have more staff behind the counters.. everyone seems to complain and nothing seems to get done.

The most horrendous customer service experience I have ever received. I don't suggest going here at all.I purchased an item on sale and then decided to go back and return it for something else they refused to give me my full credit. The Manger had an attitude and told me I needed anger management classes and one of her staff members body shamed me.If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. I had to pay R60 more than necessary on the product. I am highly disappointed. I have been buying from bodyshop for about 10years and my mom an even longer time. CI don't think I'll ever buy a product from them again.UpdateThe Regional Manger sorted out the problem. I got my credit and a products for my troubles. I will probably buy from bodyshop again but not that bodyshop.

My partner and I came here to do our wellness checks. After multiple follow-ups we discovered his details were not recorded properly, and he needs to repeat the whole thing again. What a waste of precious time.

It was amazing to visit this store. Their display of every item is stunning, very neatly displayed. Most of all the quality of bed linen and towels is very good. They also got variety of ladies make up and different types of cosmetic bags. You are really tempted to buy something once you get inside this store. The stuff very friendly

Always out of stock, seem to be always closed when all the other shops around it are open and the staff never want to help you. In today's economic one should treat a potential client like royalty, that's what I tell my staff cause without customers there would be no jobs.
