Swain took me through my first Wim Hoff breathing session followed by ice immersion. The breathing was insane and with Swains professional guidance I was able to go beyond my own expectations with both the breathing and ice bath. Swain is super professional, knowledgeable and able to create a safe and positive environment to learn. Highly recommend!

He is such a genuine, stoked big hearted human with great knowledge of this powerful program he and his partner are sharing with people. Go take a class with them! Swain is perfectly suited to his role as an inspirational instructor of the Wim Hof Method. More than that, he's an amazing guy- a true star with his passion and humour shining through all he does. The method is now a key part of my routine, and I don't see that changing! You won't regret checking it out, so if you feel curious then go for it!

I took part in one of the earlier Ice Tribe work shops. Swain and Maria put together a memorable experience where I learnt the fundamentals of breath work and cold immersion and went away equipped with the tools to continue on my own which I do almost every day.
