Lovingly, guided through White Belt by Susan, and, sharing this experience with like minded strangers who fast became friends, was uplifting, fulfilling and life changing. Arriving each morning was akin to coming home.....to family...... I had recently connected with.I can't wait till I am back for more Nia, at Studio Kairos. My happy place.

Dance and fitness comes together here and it's not stuffed into the corner of a Mall somewhere. Views of the bowling greens and park make you feel part of the neighbourhood.
