They misrepresented their services to me.I asked about an ADHD diagnosis and was told yes we can provide an assessment"But an assessment isn't a diagnosis.I'd already paid for one session under the assumption that I was getting the diagnosis I had asked for.I've already had an assessment and I did explain this.They didn't lie

Vital Beat is amazing! A gorgeous, clean and modern studio with really lovely staff. I’ve only done the Reformer classes so far but all of the instructors have been fantastic. I particularly like Jen and Yi Jia’s style of teaching and how they offer explanations of the exercises and how to modify to increase or decrease the intensify along the way. Definitely hooked on Pilates now and will continue! And the booking system is really easy to use with lots of class times lots available.

Ingrid is the right therapist for me. Her approach to a holistic therapy really impresses me. I thought I know what I need as I booked my first Reiki appointment with her but within minutes, she figured out why I really came and we started the EMDR therapy. I trusted her immediately and we moved through the pain together. Although I only had a couple sessions, I can say that it has a very positive impact on my overall feeling. I feel more empowered, relaxed and know how to release fear when it comes up again.After some sessions of EMDR, we decided that it’s a good time to do a Reiki session. I have done Reiki before but Ingrid’s Reiki is so much more powerful. I was very impressed how she picked up on things that I have never told her. I walked out with a clear focus and emotions were released that I have suppressed for a long time. I can only recommend Ingrid to the community. Her flexibility in therapy methods made this experience far from what I have been exposed to and I am so grateful that I found her in my neighborhood.

I was distraught beginning of lockdown i went to see Dr Sherona Rawat who basically rinsed my medical aid ordered bloods, the medical aid asked for her to simply give a motivation as to why she ordered those bloods and only once she gave her answer the medical aid wud pay Lancet. Dr Sherona Rawat behaved cold and unprofessional immediately. She squirmed under pressure for a simple explanation of why she ordered those bloods, her and her assistant evaded anything having to do with the motivation. It was like she was was scared to give the explanation so she evaded and her assistant Yona gave one excuse after another. Sherona sent me nasty msgs saying i mustn't harass her for my issues. She made me call the medical aid get all the directions of as to what she needed to do and still didn't follow through. Now the lab handed me over for the unpaid amount. At first they bombarded me for appointments. I had to see her every week. My fears came to light that my consults and sick days wud be exhausted before i get treatment and thats exactly what happened. And they so unprofessional Sherona got personal and fought with me over the explanation for the bloods she ordered and then she refused to see me for a session. Upon enquiring Yona told me Sherona wont give an explanation of why she ordered those bloods because she orders bloods all the time and no medical aid ever asked her for a written motivation. But instead of informing me directly. Everytime i called they gave excuse after excuse and said they fully booked and no offer of another date. Sherona exhausted my sick days and consults without getting me the necessary treatment i needed and when my funds were depleted they were so mean and unprofessional i was shocked. Im not sure y i expected more from her. Lol she cudnt care less its just about making that money. Once ur medical aid is exhausted they r horrible lol its shocking. Its not about helping u its about taking advantage of the vulnerable state u in to bleed ur funds dry then treat you like a hobo. Brood of of blood thirsty vipers this psychology industry. And just like urll tried to discredit, disregard and even go as far to deny the complaining patients. It is what it is. U can do better. There's room for improvement. U supposed to be professional. And she's always late never on time. U will sit and wait and then she cuts ur session short because she has other clients waiting. Iv had to wait sometimes an hour pass my appointment time and still get cut short and pay full. That's unprofessional and not cool. And it feels like a violation of privacy when you have to tell her receptionist stuff ud really like to keep private. According to Yona the drs never available for questions even emergencies and u first have to tell Yona all the stuff u didnt wanna have to before sbe passes the msg on or gives you her own advice /opinion or whatever u call it. Psychology department shud treat pple in a more respectful dignified manner it doesn't mean that if you seeking help that you lost all credibility and respect as a human being. U still paying big money when u come there. Its expensive to have psychology issues. Its a waste of money. Put God first, Pray, Exercise, eat healthy and you and you will stand a better chance at getting healed. This system is designed to imprison, silence and bankrupt u. Mxm. We live and we learn.
