Tried to get a quotation for several appliances that needs repairs and /or servicing , the person I spoke to was very rude and impatient and was busy talking to someone in the back ground while we are discussing my issues the problems with my appliances. I offered to send the pictures and model numbers of my appliances to the person so that he can determine if indeed he can assist me with parts seeing that the appliances are quite dated and stock might not be availble. But he just insited in doing a call out to come and check and I informed him I did not want him to come out unnecessarily if the parts are not available and if an estimate could not be given so to waste everyones time. He then replied by telling me to drop the call if I dont want to use his business . Totally unprofessional and rude and very poor customer skills.

Outstanding customer service! Jimmy responded to my WhatsApp immediately and professionally. He collected my microwave within hours. Came back to me the next day with a quote as promised. It was then repaired within less than 24hrs and dropped back at my home on a Saturday afternoon so we weren’t stuck without a microwave for the weekend. So efficient and excellent service. Thank you!

In the past I have had nothing but excellent service from them and I was impressed by their honesty, this time around they were unfortunately closed for Dec 2021 and I had to make use of another company, who I am sure, charged me twice as much for the repair job than JD Nel would have, I suppose that's life.

Replaced me corsair 650w psu with a huntkey 600w after i asked for a corsair psu again.
