Microwave oven repair service

100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Asked for a repair for my TV 6 months later it’s still not fixed cause apparently it’s not fixable. Asked for my fridge to be repaired last week and I was told the fridge compressor was damaged by cockroaches and they will not be fixing it… Forgetting load shedding damaging appliances but all of a sudden it’s cockroaches fault

Really great service from mendappliance. They came and picked up my dishwasher and microwave and did quite big repairs at a very good price on a leading name brand. Had the job done quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend.

This company came to repair my washing machine with LG tried to make out that the filter was blocked and it was my fault. The engineer held a metal circular trim in his hand and said it was not a manufacturing issue when I looked up the most common issues with LG machines. It clearly said that the metal seal breaks so it’s clearly a manufacturers issue not mine. They tried to charge me money saying it’s my fault $145 I said I would not pay it. I’m now fighting IG to get my money back for the machine. I don’t want to have a company at cons people. This is absolutely bloody disgusting in my books. I’m going to consumer affairs if it’s not sorted very quickly this company are scammers

Shocking service. Very quick to come through and carry out the works, 23 days and he hasn't returned to fix his job. Persistent phone calls and messages don't make any difference, he won't come. We got scammed, take this as a warning so that he can't screw anyone else over. ( Oh how I'm looking forward to his response and numerous excuses or finger pointing)Another example of the incompetence and lack of service delivery in this country!!!

I am very disappointed with the Mend Appliance team who failed to fix the switch that regulates the heating elements of my pensioner mom's mini stove-oven. I paid R650 and was told it was all working well again. But the replacement switch didn't work and my mom couldn't bake or roast. So I took it back and was told that the team was looking for a higher quality switch. This took 3 weeks. I emailed Abe and asked if it was fixed and got an email back to say it is now working perfectly I can pick it up. The oven still doesn't work properly. I sent 2 emails to advise that it still isn't working and can I rather have the money back to get my mom a new stove/oven. And to my disappointment got no reply to eitherail em. Big thumbs down! This is a big deal for my mother who lives from her pension. What kind of business would not honour their agreement to fix an appliance for an 80 year old pensioner?

Five stars cause I can't rate higher. Very helpful on the phone and extremely prompt and quick service. Communicated very clearly what the issue might be. Went out of his way to rectify the issue. Was very knowledgeable about the product he was servicing. Highly recommend for breville products.

My LG vacuum cleaner was repaired quickly and worked better than before. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring appliance repairs in Perth
