Such great and friendly service! Would highly recommend for Covid testing. PCR test results are sometimes quickly available (+-4 hours) in comparison to other laboratories

They take too long even if there is no queue

Went for routine blood tests. It was difficult to spot the entrance as building repairs are still ongoing. The service was good and results available within a short period of time.

Very good lab people - always good to interact with on various Geotech / Engineering Geosciences matters.

Doubtful on covid rules looks like life goes on as normal, no sanitising of chair and desk after one person attending just sitting writing no satising even staff

This is a second time getting a very bad service from this hospital...They drag their feet in doing anything like your not paying...it take more than 4 hours to be discharged even when the Dr has given a clear instruction that your leaving but the nurses take forever..

Good service and advice

Very dissapointed with the Accounting department- Shantal submitted an account with an incorrect/missing code resulting in medical aid rejecting the invoice. This was only picked up 9 months later, after numerous calls between my med aid and Shantal, I told her what the M/A needed from her side in order for them to release payment.17 months later we find out she failed to comply with the request as per medical aid and we have been handed over to debt collectors - non payment was due to her error. She did not apologize - A don't care attitude. Will not go back
