HORRIBLE experience. We purchased an inverter special" from these guys (MB Electrical) and after getting a registered electrician to install it

Staff is not helpful, would rather give me the contact details of a supplier in Claremont than order the part for me, Grahams 10x better!!!

Factory making beatifull and reliable appliances

Arrived at 12h10 on Saturday (27-06-2020). Only left at 13h03 to have a 9kg refilled. It was raining and storming that day with only 3 people working at the shop. 1 cashier lady, 1 gentleman on the floor and 1 person refilling at the back.No manager to assist the customers. It was choas with no indication of any que systems. At 13h00 the shop closes with more customers asking for assistance but the cashier lady and gentleman told them they dont get overtime and that the customers should wake up earlier. Cant see how you are servicing the massess on a Saturday with closing time at 13h00 and having rude, incompetent staff on a busy Saturday run the business.Will never refill here again because I want to spend my money where I am validated as a paying customer. I do believe I am not the only one, and as we know the word of mouth of the masses spead wide. Wishing you well otherwise

I had booked a technician to fix my dishwasher. The technician arrived and spent about 5 minutes turning the power on and off before informing me that they would send a quote for the required parts. Afterwards, he charged me $156.55. I don't believe that the technician could determine the specific faulty part just by toggling the power. Furthermore, the quote I received via email was astonishingly high at $1855 + GST. The price seemed unbelievable, especially considering that the itemized details in the quote only stated PARTS AND LABOR" without specifying which parts were needed. The quote was also significantly higher than the cost of most new dishwashers on the market. It was an incredibly frustrating experience

I referred to by someone when i was looking for door fridge flap spring. I struggled everywhere to get that spring but at Myz they ask me the fridge model and they ordered it a week later the spring arrived the exactly same spring i was looking for. Now my fridge is closing perfectly. If you're looking for anything electronic make a there and you have to run around like a headless chicken lol.

I paid for a part on 14 September. No receipt received. On 14 October I went into the shop to get a receipt. Randy promised to phone with an update of the part’s arrival. Nothing!!!!! On 14 November I left Randy 2 messages to phone but nothing. On 15 November I phoned again and asked for a refund. They then told me that the part had arrived and of course they had phoned the wrong number to let me know that the part was ready for collection. Terrible service! Zero communication! Will never be back!!! Don’t waste your time supporting this institute because there is zero customer service!!!
