I had a water damage problem with my new phone and the team was able to not only accurately access the extent of the damages, but also provided a detailed explanation of everything that went wrong(in a way that was easy to understand for someone who isn't tech savvy) and offered a generous discount on top of everything.We received excellent service that was not only professional, but compassionate as well, a true example of respect and thoughtfulnessI would 100% come back for any and all tech related issues I have in the future

I had 2 cellphone screens repaired at IZ. This guy's work is phenomenal. It looked like it was shipped straight from Japan. I also took him a camera with a sim card issue. He assisted without wanting compensation. I have nothing but good things to say about the 2 guys that run the store. Great to have such convenience and service in my area.

I dropped my iphone face down from my dresser and the screen completely stopped working. I brought my phone here and Abbes was able to show me that though the phone was still working, the screen needed to be replaced. He was able to replace the screen in about 40 minutes (though I recommend going to King's Meat to get some snacks in the meantime to give Abbes space and time to focus on fixing the phone).Just make sure the home button works before driving off. Mine wasn't working and Abbes was able to fix it so that the home button was working again.
