I recently bought a demo Delonghi coffee machine and the Team went above and beyond. The machine had to be couriered across the country, Etienne made sure I received everything in good order. I was highly impressed with my experience with this company. Their professionalism and speedy service was nothing short of amazing. My machine was collected within 24hrs of contacting them and returned not only repaired but fully serviced and looking brand new withing another 24hrs. Awesome service . I highly recommend this guys and will definitely continue using their services

They make me want to move to Cape Town. Ettienne was extremely helpful. He suggested a better item than the one I originally ordered and even though it was more expensive it was well worth it. Very happy with my purchase

I sent my Kenwood mixer to The Kenwood guys for repairs..it was sent back to me less than 10 days later and R600 cheaper than what I was quoted for by a local repairer!!! (which included the courier!) Great service...I will recommend The Kenwood Guys!

The restoration of my machine is giving endless service, through immense appreciation to Etienne and staff. Don't discard your mixer, give the experts to repair, no job too big or too small.
