Took our washing machine and money and dissapeared. Not even at this adress.

our washing machine stopped working, we phoned Terry Monday morning 10 am. described the problem to him and he was ninety % sure he knew what the problem was.He said will be on site 12 30 and was on time!!he was correct with his diagnosis and had the machine up and running within 30 mins, stayed and checked then rechecked before he left.he also gave myself and my partner great advice on how to look after the machine, cleaning filters etc.basically, great old fashion service by a very polite gentleman who knows his trade.would recommend Terry anytime to anyone, just brilliantthankyou Terrykind regards, phil and Maureen

In the past I have had nothing but excellent service from them and I was impressed by their honesty, this time around they were unfortunately closed for Dec 2021 and I had to make use of another company, who I am sure, charged me twice as much for the repair job than JD Nel would have, I suppose that's life.

Terry is a wonderful local repairman. Fast and efficient and such a helpful happy person.Came around quickly and fixed the job first time.Cannot recommend enough.Update: Have been using Terry for a few years now for different issues and getting new appliances. Just had my dryer fixed and new door fitted. Next day service with a 6 month warranty on parts! My go to white goods man.

100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Asked for a repair for my TV 6 months later it’s still not fixed cause apparently it’s not fixable. Asked for my fridge to be repaired last week and I was told the fridge compressor was damaged by cockroaches and they will not be fixing it… Forgetting load shedding damaging appliances but all of a sudden it’s cockroaches fault

I had booked a technician to fix my dishwasher. The technician arrived and spent about 5 minutes turning the power on and off before informing me that they would send a quote for the required parts. Afterwards, he charged me $156.55. I don't believe that the technician could determine the specific faulty part just by toggling the power. Furthermore, the quote I received via email was astonishingly high at $1855 + GST. The price seemed unbelievable, especially considering that the itemized details in the quote only stated PARTS AND LABOR" without specifying which parts were needed. The quote was also significantly higher than the cost of most new dishwashers on the market. It was an incredibly frustrating experience

Greg is a very responsive and truly amazing person to use. Everybody said to throw away our fridge but he managed to fix it in under 2hrs for fraction of the price of a cheap secondhand fridge. Trustworthy and reliable service rendered.
