Wow. This must be a 1st for me. Called at 9h00. My other quote was matched but with a better delivery price. Paid via EFT & sent POP at 10h30. My machine was delivered and installed by 13h00. Can not understand why I have not heard of you before. Yours service is outstanding. Thank you Grains for you excellent service

Game Empangeni is the worst , the take your cellphone numbers in a promise to contact you once the appliance arrives , but it never arrives - they never have what they advertised

Might as well close this shop down, service is pathetic and the security at the door need some attention about customer service, don’t enjoy being harassed about how I fold my till slips.Only 2 tellers open on a Saturday morning

Pathetic assistance from receiving staff and security. The staff won’t even stand up from his seat to talk to customers at the gate. When asked where to go the security guard badly shunned a finger into a general direction. Had to swopped a faulty tumble dryer, but will ask customers to rather visit a Makro or any other appliance store.

A big thank you to Marcus and his team! Our old fridge/freezer broke on a Wednesday morning (Public holiday) and we urgently needed new ones. Marcus went out of his way to deliver the two units on the Wednesday, and at a fantastic price! When they delivered, our baby was sleeping, and the 2 delivery guys didn't make any noise while installing the units - Thanks guys! Will definitely buy from Tafelberg again in the future!

No understanding of CPA. Extremely rude owner. Buy at your own risk. Didn't want to do a valid return, even with receipt and item under guarantee. Told me to shop at makro if I want that privilege. Eventually, he swapped the item but refused to give a guarantee for those items.

Don't even deserve one star, bought a fridge on Monday, paid cash, today is Thursday and still no fridge, worst of all I'm on the phone trying to get it sorted, the couriers delivered to the wrong address, didn't bother to call me at all, when I call the courier company (who are also useless) they cant help me and tell me to call the driver, shocking!! they then sent it back to the warehouse and customer service can only say its been escalated to the relevant department whoever that is and will take another 24 to 48 hours, absolutely shocking, we buy a fridge because the one we have isn't working so it is an urgent appliance, I told my hubby never again each time I've been to game there have been issues, not just Alberton but other stores too, clearly need major overhauls in terms of staff training etc
