Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff.I've been going here since my second pair of glasses some 8 years ago. The service has been consistently great. The staff is friendly and helpful.The help was warmly welcomed when I couldn't decide on which frames to pick, and the questions I had. Which I had many.

What an absolutely wonderful team of ladies who assisted me with my recent experience of moving into contact lenses. Using another optometrist initially in Jhb near my office who was closed and uncontactable, SpecSavers are open 7 days a week which made a remarkable difference. These beautiful ladies not only assisted to rectify a very sore and sticky situation for me, but went through the entire process of using contact lenses again with me. They performed a full check on my eyes to ensure no permanent damage was done. They proceeded to check what I was told and then observed how I did it, correcting me. All of this on a Sunday morning, which they calmly, patiently and very professionally managed. A call three days later to check in and ensure I was alright was just the cherry on the top for me. A definite recommendation from me and certainly now my choice for future optometric requirements.

Would highly recommend Spec-Savers from West Street safety precautions were taken whiles i was entering and inside, everyone recieved equal attention and we were treated very warmly and respectfully by all the ladies who were working they.Would like to thank the Indian lady my apologies for not knowing her name this kind lady who assisted me with choosing my glasses spent alot of time changing my mind and wanted to be assisted, she kept on smiling at me and didn't lose her patience.
