They don't answer calls

Please AVOID this store at all costs, the staff are exceptionally rude, had a screen cover fitted and was told that the Silicone would be better than glass. I asked if it covered the edge of the phone Ie the curve, they assured me it would cover to the edge of the phone. It does NOT yet when I pointed this out they kept saying how its 'better'.Not the product I wanted! yet they refused to do anything about it and were utterly Rude !

We needed some repairs done at short notice. Nathan was able to assist - he did a great job at a great price. Highly recommended.Simon and Michelle

Thank you Jim, our shutters look fantastic! They have transformed our already lovely home into something really special. Got the look that we love. We had a few very tricky windows (louvres & recessed kitchen splash back windows) which we're no problem for Jim, he was friendly, efficient & professional at his job. I had screens fitted by AC Screens in 2011. There was a small issue on the one setting which I only got around to reporting 7 years later. I expected a bill because warranties had long expired, but they fixed the problem at no charge. Wonderful integrity and customer service.

I recently had a window changed to a sliding door.I was very happy with the service provided by Perth Windows and Doors from the quote process to installation. They were flexible with me paying in installments. They arranged all the necessary contractors for my installation including a brick layer and plaster. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and how well they cleaned upt the site There was a mix up with the location of the dog door. Perth Windows and Doors arranged to correct this within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

We have been working with Westral for just over 12 month while renovating our house. We contacted several other companies but Kasan our sales rep was by far the most professional & worked with us to achieve the look we were going for.
