Bad service Marco is a crook the guy owes me R5700.I purchase a Tv last year the last payment was made november 2020 , the installation was suppose to be done in December till today i have not heard from them , i made a serval contact with them Marco told me he has no money to pay me back and he used my cash for other customers .I have been calling him and he promised a refund at the end of feb 2021 but nothing .I have tried to call him he does not answere my calls , I've sent serval messeges to him and no response .guys save your money and do not buy anything from that shop , the guy scammed me and he doesnt want to pay me back

Extremely happy with our couch from Pascal couches. The quality is very good and the service is excellent. Was told that we would receive the couch 3 weeks after purchase but it was delivered before 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good couch at an affordable price

I placed an order on 1Feb, was promised delivery of my piece of furniture after 6- 8 weeks. After 6 weeks, the item delivered to the store in Springfield had the incorrect dimensions. I then waited for another item of furniture to be made up. Four weeks later, a 2nd item had been made up, this time, incorrect dimensions and colour. I gave them a 3rd chance, 3 weeks later, I walked into the store to confirm if the item was what I ordered., the manager Tania was absolutely rude, stating that I was paying less than the value of the item. Tania insinuated that I was incorrectly quoted and the difference would have to be paid by the salesman. I did not draw up the quote?? Tania lacks professional amongst staff and customers. She offered no apology but inappropriate remarks ,such a poor reflection on the company.

I physically went to KC Furn warehouse to see how the Cady Velvet swivel bar stools look like. The service I received was excellent and professional. Very friendly staff and were willing to unwrap the stools which were already waiting for shipment because that was the last stock. Within 2 weeks I received a call to tell me that the stock on these stools have arrived and the following day I got my beautiful stools. The quality is so amazing. Big up to the KC Furn, their prices are very reasonable as compared to other shops.

Worst service ever...First they give me plasma stand with no instructions. I don't know how I'm supposed to ensemble it, I was promised that they will email the instructions to me a week later I'm still waiting . Secondly I bought sofas from them when they arrived i discovered that my sofas done have any legs" WOW guys...."

Amazing service from Eugene!Corner suite came in damaged first time.. he took it back no issues, and sent another 5 days later! Very Happy!!Will DEFINITELY recommend!

Great apartment complex with a lively big garden, braai area and a magical pool area. The best block to live in!

I was suppost to buy a dressed there. A guy was suppost to order it for me he said he will send a quote and said we can come fetch it in a week. A week later he still has not send the quote and we tried phoning the company about 10 times but there is no answer to come pick it up. This company is not worth it. Will not go back there again
