Used their mobile service. Was a little unsure about upfront payment but decided to trust them and really did get what I paid for! The therapist was polite, with a lovely demeanour and executed a Swedish massage that was very much enjoyed! Thank you. Will be asking them to come back.

shocking!i came to hilite these 1 year long roots, and this is how it loks AFTER paying for full head highlites. its just dark with few strands of blonde thrown in. doesnt match the rest AT ALL.When she was done, it looked ok to me from the front angle with the lighting etc, and she told me if im not happy, shes happy for me to return.I said that ill be fine and im sure itll blend in... but my mom even said it looked really bad and that she should fix it, but i didnt return for 2 reasons:1- im too much a people pleaser / shy that i didnt wanna offend her or let her think im unhappy... i hate being that annoying customer to be picky (even though i have every right)2- i was dealing for almost a year with a major hairloss condition called Telogen effluvium, so even just touching my hair means ill see strands coming out at the root. i avoided doing my roots for the year as i was terrified how much more ill lose, especially with the chemicals. I should have been able to have my hair done properly the first time in ONE sitting instead of having to go over again with the highlightes a few days later.now 2 months after i visited this place, im actually so tired of walking around feeling so insecure about the state of my hair, trying to hide my hair with a cap as it looks so bad, as if i never fixed my roots at all to begin with.My hairfall condition is finally over , and considering how poor of a job was done on me, i whatsapped asking if i can actually please revisit as she offered, but i was told its too late so will have to pay again!i sent her pics, she can see how bad it is. you would think she will be understanding to me and how shocking she left my hair, but she doesnt. im SO disappointed. she said i now have 2 months growth so must pay. (its like 2cm - is NOTHING and i would never have wanted to just go and do 2cm roots every 2 months, i never go that often and i dont even care to do that, i just want the rest to be done as i paid for which is a huge chunk of my hair!At the end of the day, she did the terrible job and you would thing she would be happy to try offer some service recovery knowing my hair condition i dealt with, and the fact that i am at no fault for HER bad job. and whether i returned 2 months ago or now, it makes absoutely no difference to the job she has to fix. no difference.im shocked!how she can decline to fix a job she did so terribly!if im expected to PAY for it to be fixed, why would i pay the same person who does this type of job?

I loved the style personality test and how I learned how to dress on the outside to show who I really am on the inside. The Appearance Specialist App is out of this world!
