BRU Coffee Roasters (Warehouse)
We visited your coffee stall in the Cradle after mountain biking. I found your african staff to be super helpful, efficient and friendly. The two white guys acted like they were doing us a favour by being there. They didn't call us when our food order was ready and then, looking most annoyed, passed our cold food to us. I also got a snotty answer when I enquired about the farm fresh eggs that were sold there a week ago. Your millenial brats need some training in customer service. I'd rather go to the bistro next door the next time.

Nice and clean shopping centre. Variety of shopping, from groceries, medicine, gym, meat and a barber. Lots of parking available and the car guards are very friendly. This shopping center is very well located and the access routes are quick and easy.

Great compact shopping centre with all the anchor shops.What is terrible and really dangerous is the crossover area's from the parking to the centre. You can see management has done a lot after we all complained but people will drive dangerous up to the point ....So i know it will cost more but set up a robot at the pedestrian crossings

We occupied 6 chalets, 2 of them the power kept tripping so we didn’t have air conditioning during sweltering heat. Two other chalets had bed bugs. No one around to help and when we complained the next morning all we got was a sorry. For the price they charge compared to other lodges in the area the accommodation was shocking.

Nice staff, dirty and run down restaurant serving horrible food. Where where the only guests - obviously for a reason. Ordered medium rare steak. First try was well done, second try medium with cold center. Over cooked rice and terrible sauce with food. Don't go there!
