Does your sewing machine need a service, this is the place to go. I took my Pfaff hobbymatic 947 (a very old machine) for a service and man oh man what a difference in my sewing. This did a full service (oil, tension, timing, etc.) and must say it was not that expensive, was expecting way worse. Thanks to the ladies there for the very friendly service and a machine the is as good as new!!!

Ian altered two garments for our daughter (mainly shortening sleeves).We were very impressed with his service, just to name a few points:He made us feel welcome and he was professional in taking the measurements.He finished the work the same afternoon and the fee was very reasonable.His workmanship was impeccable, the precision of the stitching is truly impressive.He even pre-empted taking in the sides of the garment's waistline as he saw it was too wide – this was the right thing to do.With honesty, we can recommend Ian Charles!

They just ignore you. Impatient with clients

Liezel is AMAZING - she has brilliant techniques that really take your sewing to couture levels. Classes are conducted on beautiful vintage machines, with extensive notes and patterns provided. There's no question too silly, and going to class every week is like meeting up with old friends.

Please everyone I urge you not to purchase blinds from Coopers i have waited over a month and a half for my blind which i paid for. They keep coming up with excuses and i have been 3 times instore to try get a refund and they still have not refunded me. Their whatsapp lines dont work and they never answer their phone. This is the worst service i have ever had! They are now withholding my money and have to open a case against them!Please stay away!

Fantastic school! I started off not knowing how to thread a needle to being able to sew my own shirt, skirt and dress!

I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered last week. I was quite surprised at being quoted R170 for the delivery despite living less than 10km away.I was quoted a further R 600-R 1000 for a loose bunch of flowers and opted to proceed for a bunch that would cost R 600. Theflowers were delivered promptly, I couldn't fault the size of the bunch, but I certainly could criticise the quality and the selection thereof, in-fact the flowers started dying the next day.I reached out to the contact at Kikka the following day via whatsapp, as this was the method of communication I was instructed to use when placing the order. I sent an image of what was delivered and communicated my disappointment thereof.I was not expecting a response immediately as I sent the message over the weekend. It has now been 3 days since I sent the message and it remains read but unanswered. Clearly they disagree with my opinion or just choose not to respond as business must be thriving.I am certainly not expecting a refund or another bunch of flowers, in fact the message I sent started by, just some constructive feedback" . However to not be heard or acknowledged I feel is poor

Im very happy with the Studio n what Robyn is offering, she is a well talented lady and good with what she does. My daughter started with her from the beginner's class level 1and she just completed level 2 but the skill she have n confidence is on another level, i can't wait for her to continue with the next step because i can already see she is going places. Thank you Robyn for your passion n talent you are a god send.
