We got married here on 12/05/2018. It was the perfect venue for us, who likes more rustic and humble places and events. The staff are wonderful and made sure everything went perfect. It is an ideal wedding venue for people who likes a safe space to have a weekend event with family and close friends.

Jia Life Wellness Spa
My parents have recently visited me in New Zealand from SA after a Ozone therapy treatment at Jia Wellness Spa. Thanks to this therapy they did not experience any jet lag at all.They have previously visited us in NZ without doing this therapy beforehand and they suffered from jet lag.Word to the wise..... If you are traveling abroad anytime soon, then visit Michelle and have a Ozone therapy treatment. Your loved ones on the other side will appreciate the extra time that they have to spend with them, without jet lag.

Bodhi Khaya Nature Retreat
The most magnificent setting. One feels immediately welcome when greeted and shown around by the lovely Belinda. Bodhi Khaya is so deliciously cozy and restful the grass doesn't even have any thorns, I spent all my time there barefoot. The food was utterly spectacular, from the beautiful nourishing breakfasts to the spectacular lunches and delicious cozy soup in the evenings, this mama felt very very spoilt. Simple elegance and quiet efficiency, this is the quintessential retreat space.

High Hopes Retreat Centre
Massage was very nice but it’s only 45 minutes (despite being advertise for an hour). When paying R860, one would expect it to last a full hour. Did mention it to the massage therapist, who said we needed time to drink a glass of water. Again, nice massage, but poor value for money if you’re losing 25% of allocated massage time..
