Shinaaz was wonderful. This was my first Reiki session and I'm very happy to say I received a lot from it. Shinaaz was genuine, caring, funny and knowledgeable. I found that she balanced the therapeutic Reiki effects, information giving and take-aways really well.Overall: I felt better, grounded and balanced. I learnt a lot. I have a plan and practice for what I want to do going forward.She's great.

For my postpartum holistic healing approach, I enquired about the post birth massage and Sumaiyya was extremely helpful in answering all my questions with the utmost patience and understanding.The comfort of having a massage in my own home coupled with her professionalism made me feel at ease and her massage was bespoke. I did almost fall asleep at one point! At my son’s next feed, I was able to breastfeed without all the tension and heaviness I was feeling prior to the massage.She also helped me with tying the Bengkung belly binder before she left.I highly recommend her doula products and services for moms!

I have found very hard to find a therapist (both in the UK and South Africa) I can trust to listen to my issues regarding muscular discomfort and has the knowledge to sort those issues out. With Heidi I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and appropriate treatment. I will only be coming back to muscle cure therapy for any niggles in the future. Thanks Heidi.

We have taken our dog over 30 times over the past 9 years to be boarded at Chrischen kennels. He has always been happy to be dropped off and when we collect him we can see he has been well looked after. Recently he has been diagnosed with a malignant tumour. Christel at the kennels has been very helpful with Ozone treatment for him. They are a very dedicated team and we can highly recommend them.
