PRC Recovery Center saved my life. PRC gave my parents their daughter back.The facility is great. The food is amazing(chef michael). The program is a road to self discovery. Recovery coaches&counsellors are well informed & know what they are doing. PRC is the place to be. WE DO RECOVER!

I couldn't imagine an institution that could have provided me with a better shot at finding myself in sobriety and peace than Twin Rivers. The specific tailored mix of therapeutic modalities from the trendy to the tried and tested are masterfully choreograph by David and the team of health care professionals. Time and time again during my stay I would be marvelled by the genuine care and compassion of the staff to the point were I truly started to embrace the program they offer. The counselor that I had the privilege of working with will have a special place in my heart for years to come for showing me the unconditional compassion and enlightened guidance that he has.Thank you David for being the founder of the beautiful house of healing you called Twin Rivers!I'm giving out a five star here because if you are looking for help like I was then Twin Rivers should be at the top of the list

I came to PRC a wreck, a hollow shell of my former self, Through my time here the staff have helped me find myself and understand myself on a whole new level. I've come to understand the patterns in my life and have learnt drugs were only a symptom of my addiction and in the process have learnt to cope with it all. The overall environment is most relate-able to a large close family rather than a typical institution. The staff take a genuine personal interest into the lives of every individual and that of their families , going over and above the call of duty to help and fix all the damage done in active addiction while not only providing the emotional tools to cope with life but by also providing the opportunity to gain a qualification while in treatment, paving the way to a world of new possibilities. Overall I would like to just thank everyone at PRC for not only helping me restore myself but for giving me back my family.

Changes is a facility that makes a change in your life from the moment you walk trough the doors. Every counselor,every session,every class that is attended is there for you to become the person you are meant to be. I highly recommend Changes. Not only do they focus on helping you becoming clean and sober. But with an amazing 12 step program. Make the Change with Changes.

I had an incredible experience, changed my life! More than a rehab, absolutely fantastic programme filled with expert guidance and lovely staff..Really fun outings, amazing alternative therapies and delicious food.I feel I've learnt more in a few months than in my whole life, a 'MBA' in living a healthy life..I can't thank the TR team enough ♡

What a phenomenal place. I can't thank Cedars enough for how they have changed my life in every way. The councilors, the program, the food, the medical staff, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING there is done brilliantly. Elim Clinic was a very important part of my recovery. I am proud to say that i was able to kick my addiction with the help i received from my family as well as from the clinic. My wife was a huge part of my successful recovery. She is my everything, I Love You Mrs. WiseThank you Elim, your team of professionals and as far as the support staff, Nursing staff and even the security guard that was offered to me was so great and the environment was so relaxing i forgot all my stressors and I could focus completely on my recovery.

They were friendly, professional, and respectful at all times. The nursing staff were polite and always willing to help, even though busy. The carers were always cheerful and pleasant when handling my mother. Kim was highly efficient and showed excellent customer service when dealing with queries. Most reception staff were friendly. The therapist and physiotherapist were reassuring when dealing with.

Houghton House was a sad and regretful experience for me. My wife was admitted, and after two months of therapy, I discovered she was having an affair with one of the facility's long-term residents. Houghton avoided taking any responsibility for the issue, not even replying to an email or meeting request to discuss it.**Update: Houghton responded to my review and scheduled a meeting with me to discuss my concerns about what transpired. Dan listened to my concerns and went out of his way to make amends, assuring me that they would take the appropriate steps to address the issues presented.
