I admitted to ARCA(1st time at rehab in my life) and the programme is significantly powerful and changed my life. I was going through so much in my life that I resorted to substance abuse which made a negative impact in my personal and work life, I have been upset and lost almost everything including my dignity. I was then admitted to ARCA on the 24th August and I must admit I was scared of the unknown but it was the greatest decision of my life. You go through a detox for three days which literally flushes all toxins in your body making you feel lighter immediately. Thereafter you go through intense psychological evaluation from the Psychiatrist and the Social worker. You then attend various activities the whole day which keeps you focused and occupied for the duration of your stay. I made a lot of friends, I didn't think I'd ever stop my addiction but today I want nothing more than staying clean and would recommend ARCA to anyone who wants to make a change in their lives.A special Thank you to Dr Naidoo, Dr Moodley, Sello, Vanashree, Sr Cele, Leanne and the cleaning staff.

ARCA runs successful recovery programs combined clinical and psychological methods. Their facilities are comfortable and adequate. Their staff are competent and qualified. I would not hesitate to recommend the Centre for the treatment of addiction and related illnesses.

My brother was treated here for alcohol addiction. They did a sterling job in assisting him and now I'm proud to say that he has his life back together.
