Sent a query to them via their website enquiring if a sick note issued by a nurse at a private clinic in Hammanskraal complies with the SANC sick note" requirements. I received an automated acknowledgement of receipt. I sent a reminder a week later. To date

SANC has been reported for refusing to accept a complaint by a doctor against a nurse working at Busamed Private Hospital. The Council is urged to respond urgently.

I just need to know where my certificate is. Your staff are extremely rude and condescending. All they care about is being rude and dropping calls. Is no one supervising them?! I'm struggling to find work because everytime I call, all I get is attitude and a lack of ownership. I just need a tracking number or to know if I am supposed to come there because no one knows where my stuff is.

I've ordered and paid my distinguish devices in December and still not received anything. It is almost 6 months later. I've sent a email to enquire about it, still no response.

I have been a member of the SANC for close onto forty years and I have been trying to contact them via E-mail for a request and they just don't even acknowledge receipt of mails even when it is sent High Importance. This is very disconcerting as my request is a matter of urgency.

South African Nursing Council is located in Pretoria. Safe and secure parking is available. Staff and security are very friendly. Council is professionally run.

Really bad service. Cannot help you with any inquiries, do not respond to any emails and customer service only refer you to emails that nobody is even responding to or even or even acknowledge that it has been receiced and they are looking into it.
