I couldn't imagine an institution that could have provided me with a better shot at finding myself in sobriety and peace than Twin Rivers. The specific tailored mix of therapeutic modalities from the trendy to the tried and tested are masterfully choreograph by David and the team of health care professionals. Time and time again during my stay I would be marvelled by the genuine care and compassion of the staff to the point were I truly started to embrace the program they offer. The counselor that I had the privilege of working with will have a special place in my heart for years to come for showing me the unconditional compassion and enlightened guidance that he has.Thank you David for being the founder of the beautiful house of healing you called Twin Rivers!I'm giving out a five star here because if you are looking for help like I was then Twin Rivers should be at the top of the list

I had an incredible experience, changed my life! More than a rehab, absolutely fantastic programme filled with expert guidance and lovely staff..Really fun outings, amazing alternative therapies and delicious food.I feel I've learnt more in a few months than in my whole life, a 'MBA' in living a healthy life..I can't thank the TR team enough ♡

This has been the most Helpful rehab for me (out of the 5 I've been to), with the most wide awake ,caring counselors who teated me with respect.The staff are all lovely as well.Thank you all for helping me with this journey.

I walked into Twin Rivers thinking I was just going to learn a bit more about myself. I was quickly exposed as an addict by the excellent psychiatric appointments, counsellor sessions, and professionally conducted group meetings and lectures. I've never learnt so much about myself in 7 weeks.The sense of community is tangible, nurtured by the carefully curated community- and individual-based program based on the A.A. 12 Step philosophy. The assignments and step work are carefully composed and comprehensive, accompanied by literature readings for added context and info.The food is professionally prepared and diverse, and the facilities are amazing, guarded by two sweet dogs and two beautiful but hilarious African Grey parrots. The cleaning and housework staff are very friendly and kind. The art and drama sessions add some much-needed de-stress and fun-time. The gym has a beautiful pool and well-kept gym equipment, perfect for all-round body workouts. Church outings add an opportunity to discover and grow spiritually. Finances, personal items like phones/earphones, and valuables are handled in a professional, safe, and controlled manner.I would recommend Twin Rivers in a heartbeat to any addict looking to begin their recovery journey - I would return as well if I needed to. Twin Rivers is one of most incredible places for someone to go if they are in need of help. The program is thorough, professional and all the staff are very dedicated people. It offers a community style of living, with people that start off as strangers, then end up as family by the time one leaves. Their program caters for individual needs with group, as well as one on one therapy sessions, both of which are incredibly effective. I can definitely say that Twin Rivers helped me tremendously, and the new life I am living so so much more fulfilling than I could ever have imagined. I was incredibly privileged to spend over 2 months at Twin Rivers. Personally it was a life changing experience. I truly enjoyed everyday. David has created a very special environment and a place of healing. The staff were very kind, compassionate and I also met some amazing friends from all over the world. I will most certainly recommend others to Twin Rivers going forward. I would also like to make special mention of my therapist, Richard, who had an incredible impact on my life. I will forever be grateful for the time I spent there. For things to change, I needed to change. For things to get better, I needed to get better. Prior to my treatment at Twin Rivers I was very lost, angry and beaten with no hope of a future.
