I went to have a vaccine booster. Good fast service, no queues, but I had to walk a long way from my car to the entrance in blazing sunshine up a slope. The pedestrian stairway was locked.

Melomed Tokai Private Hospital
My second time in less than a month at this brilliant hospital. What stands out most are the staff members, all the way from porters to doctors! Friendly kind, caring, and empathetic all the way. We live 172km's away, but is more than happy to make the trip to this hospital. Very, very well deserved 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My cousin works for this company and what a JOKE. She is on maternity leave and has been struggling to get her last months payslip for the past 3 days. Everybody in HR is passing the buck. Labor Department needs last months payslip to process UIF payment but it is too much effort for Head Office to reprint a payslip and to send it via email...

Melomed Tokai Private Hospital
The best hospital experience we've ever had, my wife recently gave birth at Melomed Tokai. Every single visit was special, all the staff are extremely friendly, polite and provide service with a smile. The food was fresh tasty. The hospital is always clean, parking was safe and easy, even the night staff was amazing. I could not recommend you guys more, just been the best!!
