Video equipment repair service

My 1998 Sony TRV900 had dust on this inside of the lens which requires the camera to be fully dismantled for cleaning. I could not find anyone to do the job since it was such an old camera, the job required extreme precision and no one was experienced enough. Thomas gladly took on the job and it was done within a week and at a very reasonable cost, Danke Thomas!!

The service was great including the team. A gentleman (sales rep) by the name of Tebogo n colleagues knows (very knowledgeable) thier product and they are very patient. Great place with excellent service. I have repaired 2 microwaves there and today 2 computer screens. Really affordable and they call you withing 2 days to tell if your item is repairable or not. They charge a R100 to look at an item- which is really not alot- and then they take it off the repair rice if an item is repairable. They are also in a convenient shopping centre.

Lovely lady on the phone, but the guy (I assume the owner) is one of the most arrogant people I’ve met who has limited customer service experience. Makes you feel very uncomfortable and stupid and takes no accountability for poor workmanship. If you have standard run-of-the-mill electronics, maybe this is somewhere to go if you are desperate. But if you value your equipment, I would look elsewhere. Truly one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met and I guess is still in business because of the limited selection of repair places in the area. Based on the owners non-constructive response to other low-rated reviews, I’m expecting some form of arrogant justification response to this.

For someone like me who knew nothing about equipment just a year ago, the minute I went there they made sure I know and understand every equipment I needed.
