Visa and passport office

Do you manage multiple entry Schengen visas. We are going on a boat trip with multiple country visits over 9 days.

The overall experience was ok it was quick and easy however I wanted an unabridged birth certificate for my son and I. I was told that they will be able to print my sons one same time but I have to wait 3-6 months to receive mine Becaue I'm born in 98 they have to check their archives. 3-6 months for an unabridged birth certificate what rubbish is that? That is just pure putrid I'm sorry.

Do not use this company they steel and lies Amie is not to be trusted, and I have voice notes and emails and msg where she promised to do things and can not do anything. And gives you a run around but nothing comes from it....I use this company in Aug 2021 last year, Amie told me she will get things done and in the last 2 weeks of November I ask her for my refund of 10000 rand I gave her to get a police clearance certificate and to be attested, she has not delivered or stay true to he word when she say something.In December and now in January she is giving me a running a round to get my money from her and block me in my phone calls. So now I am taking this to court, because I can not take her lies anymore and if there is anyone else who is sitting with this you are free to join me in this...

Absolutly terrible service. Had to wait two hours, only to be informed they don't have our documents - despite internet application inicating documents are compete. Told to book and pay for another appointment in order to proceed. It appeared that every other person there had some issue. Their focus seems to try to get everyone to book their travel insurance, use their photograph process, their courier service, and come for multiple appointments - which have to paid for each time. EURO 30 fee for a 1min conversation to be told they have not received our documents, don't know what the problem is, please book and pay again and we see what happens.

Please advise me on why you guys say it takes up to 3 weeks to receive your UK holiday visa meanwhile that is untrue. I have been trying everyday to call and find out what is going on but there is no one to assist me and my reference number. Flights and traveling is not cheap. It’s extremely disappointing that it’s easy for you guys to receive a payment but to keep a customer updated or stand by your word in black and white is too much to ask. Please advise me on who I can contact about my visa and my passport as it is has been over 3 weeks and my flight approaching really soon.

Why do they even bother to provide a phone number? Second day in a row I'm unable to reach them by phone.Update: their in-person service is actually quite good. Of course there's the bad experiences you'll hear about while you wait in the queue, about documents taking forever and what not, but my experience, from the moment I walked into the building until the moment we collected our documents a about three weeks later, was pleasant for the most part. We never waited more than an hour, the staff were always friendly and helpful, then again, we did always make a point of greeting them respectfully and warmly, so perhaps we got back what we gave out.

They only take 80 people in a day. Had to be in line by 4.15am to be 15th in line. People selling their spaces and gapping in added to the frustration of everyone in line legitimately.Staff open at 8.15am, staff inside are efficient. Processes are all backwards. Not a pleasant experience.
