VFS Global - Port Elizabeth

Do you manage multiple entry Schengen visas. We are going on a boat trip with multiple country visits over 9 days.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Applying for a visa is very easy

Being forced by DHA to pay R1680 to VFS to obtain Proof of Permanent Residence when I already have the original PR certificate does feel somewhat corrupt. But at least VFS made the ordeal in less than 1 hour!

My sister went for her visa for Italy the woman kept asking for info that was in the pack not checking properly then could not work out the difference between the appointment letters kept on asking why are there two, my sister had to keep explaining that the first letter was a probation period and the second one was the permanent appointment . It would be helpful if your could train the staff properly. Asking for information that is in the pack is sheer laziness and then telling the customer , we not sure if your visa will be granted . It appears that she does not understand that VFS is the service agent and not the Italian Embassy. She then kept on asking if payment was made for the appointment , inspite of been told that a call was made to book the appointment . Pls help the lady as she appears not to understand her job and encourage her to check the documents before asking. For information .

Basically everything working, but it for me it was a little bit complicated. Hower staff was helpful whic is good.But 4 stars only for the time of handling, it took me almost 5 hours to fill in 2 applications. But there were my mistakes too. But I still think it could be done way faster.

The staff is Professional the security guard as well. The facility is clean and easy to find.

Visited VFS Global Offices in Port Elizabeth on 29/7/22 for our Biometrics only. Did the visa application for Australia online - Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean offices. Highly recommend them

Professional service at its best. Very different from the Pretoria VFS staff who seem not to have good public etiquette. For excellent service the place to be is P. E. VFS office.

Hello. When I click to book an appointment it gives me a 404 error page. Going to Australia on 4 April. Need to book an appointment for biometrics
