Sable Energy Kempton Park

I got my unit, its an impresive unit I must say. It performs up to expectations. I am able to put my entire flat on the 5kva unit without the stove and geyser and in 4 hours loadshedding it didn't even dent the battery. This is while watching on a 4k 120hz oled tv and a 2300w surround system and a double door fridge. Thank you guys

Very good sales performance. But when it comes to delivery and after service. These guys are an absolute joke. First of all, paid for one product and received a completely different product. Also not complete. Just to get the comm cables out of them is taking more than a month now.

Very disappointed with Sable Energy Kempton Park after service. Bought a 3kVa Hybrid Inverter, 2.4kWh Battery Bank in May 2022 which promised 8 hours. By October we were down to approximately 30 minutes and now down to maximum 10 minutes. We've sent numerous emails but they just don't respond.**update: Sable Energy fixed our Imverter and we're happy.

After purchasing and installed my inverter, with the increased power outages, we thought of getting extra solar panels, using the same supplier as a loyal customer, to get the most disgusting service ever!!! Sales departement doing a spectacular job, paid my deposit, 2 weeks later still no response from the company. After numours phone calls, having admin staff avoiding my calls, when I would call from a different number, they can answer very quickly. On delivery and installation, before the panels were even brought into my property, money was requested. Having the owner of the company on the phone with the delivery guy, hearing every word used (swearing me as a customer), because I said once installment was done successfully and all was in full working order, balance would be paid. Its disgusting as coming forward to be a reputable businessman and owner, to think that you set this type of standards to your staff and customers!!!!

What a poor experience dealing with these guys. I ordered and paid for my 3kva 4.8kw back up battery on Fri, 27th Jan 2023. I check in with them and the money cleared on Wed, 1st Feb 2023.Then it became a game of me constantly having to call or email to find out when I will get my delivery. The sales guy Jaco says that it is the responsibility of the operations manager Nakita - tried calling her a few times and she was unavailable. Eventually after complaining enough to the sales guy and asking for an email address, I got an email from Nakita to say that the delivery will happen this week (thats all - no specifics), so I asked when and got told by latest Thurs, 9th Feb. Needless to say, there was no delivery done. Its hard to accept that you guys can take someone's money so quickly and then make a customer have to chase so much to get what they paid for.

Just had solar fitted by Sable Energy. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Bought my system with extra 4 battery pack from them, and recommended them to so manny people.. My family and friends even purchased units etc from them and then when my batteries did not even last 3 months, and after I purchased a new lithium battery over the public holidays from another company as they did not answer calls, they would not even make a contribution towards my expenses incurredWould not recommend them to anybody again as I feel some assistance from their side should have been given

The worst company to deal with! Don't keep to delivery date. Staff unprofessional. And can never get hold of owner. Have a direct line to our creator but not sable's owner. Hence we cancelled our order.
