Unhelpful, obdurate gatekeepers" Applying for a German visa now entails a high risk that even if all needed documents are included and the application is correct in every detail

The e ployees of this branch went above and beyond to help me and at least 2 others. The branch needed to close for the day and they offered to allow us to follow them to the Menlyn branch to complete our appointments

waiting longer than 15 daysmissed our first trip, visa came late and was for 8 day ONLYhad to apply for another visa, now waiting 3 weeks!! no visa again!!! this is just a huge disappointment. recommend you go to italy! atleast they want tourists and give visas very quickly!

Swift and easy process if you bring all of the correct and required documents. People love to blame TLS for their own mishaps and the things they forget despite receiving multiple document checklists and reminders. Got my visa processed and approved by the designated embassy in no time.

Not posting for TLS,posting to let people know how long they can wait for a visa.I helped my in laws apply for their German visa.They had their appointment on the 16th of March 2023 and received their visas on the 17th of April 2023.

This is a first-class application center.It is very well organized, and you are well taken care of , meaning there are two PC's available for you, if you forgot any document(s).Yes, the cost per page is high at R8 per copy, but you're going to visit EU right, so no big deal paying a little extra to get your visa when needed.German embassy are slightly more strict, requiring a little more info, unlike Italy and Spain, where it is much easier to get your Schengen visa.

Prior visiting i read some reviews ,they were negative and gave me anxiety. However my experience was different.The online booking was seamless with e mail confirmation,the security was nice and welcoming so as the receptionist lady.The photographer was also nice . I was assisted with Phumi she was patient and explained everything in detail,i had some missing documents she allowed me to go and get them,the entire process took less than a week. Perhaps its how i treat people with respect they deserve for their jobs and that favor was returned at this visa centre. I know many people like to pull the i know it all attitude and frequent travellers type of knowledge but your knowledge cannot be translated in bullying,.rudeness behaviour. You attract the same attitude you give to people. Great service to all of you and thank you,keep it up!

I was very happy with the overall service levels. I was pleasantly shocked at how polite and professional all of the staff were.I had one or two things I needed help with, and found that everyone I interacted with was beyond helpful.I think I could of been the first appointment of the day, and was greeted by name.Well done TLS, made my day!

Absolutely excellent service. A lot of people complain about processing times, but I honestly think that if all your documentation are in order you will not struggle. So a short recap of my timeline:18 October 2022 - went to the application center with all my documents and my appointment was at 10:30. I was 30min early and the very friendly security guard helped me and they started my application. Each person there were so friendly and helpful.18 October - I received an email at 16:00 saying that my passport was sent to the German Embassy.21 October - I received another email at 16:00 saying that my passport has been sent back to me via courier.24 October - I received my passport at 09:30 with my visa in it and approved.I would honestly recommend you make 100% sure you take all the required documents and take some extras as well as they do take them all. I cannot complain about anything, because my experience was absolutely GREAT with TLs and the German Embassy!
