I handed my passport in at TLS on the 14th of February, and received the visa decision from the UK government on the 5th of April, with the decision being made on the 25th of March. My passport is still unavailable for collection and there is absolutely nobody to contact to find out where it is - I require it urgently. The lack of communication, assistance, and information is intensely frustrating and costly.

It was my first time applying for a VISA, and I can honestly say I am more than happy with the service of this company. I arrived 30 minutes early than my appointment time, and they immediately allowed me in. The process went smoothly and the man that helped me with my application was so helpful! Then I got home and received an email stating my application has already made its way to the embassy. SO HAPPY!

Fantastic service. I used the parking garage next door, super easy to get in and out. It took my 15min to complete the whole process. 2 days later I walked in and collected my passport. Staff are friendly and supportive. Keep up the good work.

Only had good things to say until it came to receiving a refund for my visa application. I have sent 3 follow up emails to a person I see mentioned in another review below and received no response at all - not even an acknowledgement of receipt.@TLScontact - Not sure what further detail you are looking for - looks like a copy and paste of your previous replies. I have also been on the website - there is no help tab other than those inquiring about a visa. Would you like me to share the 4 emails I have now sent to one of your employees that have all gone unanswered?

Friendly staff and a great experience. Really professional service and the assisting person is equipped to answer most questions regarding the processing timeline.The only issue is that they corner applicants into PrimeTime or Premium Lounge Appointments even when the visa Application Centre is not busy. This is a real expense on top of the standard visa fee,especially if it's a family booking.

Despite having an appointment and submitting everything online, I still had to wait an hour just to get my biometrics taken, which took all of 5 minutes. Had I not insisted on going in, I might have been there for 2 hours or more, because the guard said I will be called, and luckily I realized that he was mistaken and I could convince him. First prize for having an appointment is that no waiting is necessary! It's not rocket science. Everyone sitting waiting for biometrics, got in with an appointment. Why are they waiting, after having an appointment, isn't that a sign that the appointment should've been later? Either move all your appointments up or down by the average waiting time, or get more biometrics facilities. Process theory. The slowest link in the chain determines the rate of appointments. One facility down? SMS everyone and add progressively more time to their appointment time depending on time of their appointment. Also, the web said I must print 20 pages of documents and they didn't need any. What a waste of time and paper! I know this might not be the fault of TLS, but I am sure they can get the embassy to update their online information. The owner responded that I should give feedback on the help section on their webpage, but I have nothing more to say... and their help section contains only a FAQ and no place to leave feedback! Besides these issues, once inside the staff were polite and efficient.

Not very impressed in the slightest. Upon trying to book an appointment, I selected the date (while taking into account the legend) that was most suitable according to my time, and I was presented with my selection (Appointment Assisted Service - Regular). I was also then asked if I would like to upgrade to the Premium Lounge. From here, I am presented with two options; Either to agree or to decline this service. However, upon declining I am not able to proceed with my booking. The page will not process the booking until I have been forced to select the optional Premium Lounge service. Thinking that this was an error (it must be, surely a website and service of this magnitude would not intentionally provide customers with two options and only allow them to select one - coupled with a hint of false advertising too) I then selected over seven different dates over different months, and yet the same incident occurred. Forcing customers to accept one of two optional selections in order to proceed with a booking.I sincerely hope that this in fact an error and not an actual act of business as this does not shed very positive light on TLS and the services they offer. I'm actually hesitant to question the ethics of this practice alone..However, if I am speaking out of order, please refer me to the Terms and Conditions on your website that renders my above findings false.

Used the assisted, premium lounge and priority service for a UK visa application for my family, just to make sure the process is a fast and smooth experience. I gave the agent all the documents but she still somehow missed a crucial document of my kid's while scanning and uploading. Now the purpose of the priority service has been defeated as I had to resubmit the document myself and wait a lengthy period. Wasted money, wasted time.
