Vegan restaurant

Several encounters here , staff is mildly helpful , the pub side is nothing to rave about, the music is not very inviting either, the food is good- can be improved though. I suppose if you’re looking for a place to drink your beer and catch up with friends it’s a good place to go .

Vegan experience - very interesting taste of a Cafe Mocha - first sip was very different to what I expected and then the wholesome taste kicked in - definitely worth trying

Hidden paradise in the Plett area, you must visit! The place is beautifully designed with lots of love for the details. Every furniture and every piece even the houses they built themselves and you can feel the great spirit when entering. The gardens are wonderful; they grow everything themselves, veggies, fruits etc.!The best thing of course is the food - we were there during the week for the lunch buffet and it was so delicious! So many different kinds of salad, a soup, lasagna, homemade bread - we tried all and were more then satisfied and happy. My omnivore boyfriend still talks about the delicious chickpea salad and the fig-tomato salad, heavenly good!If you want to buy presents for your loved ones back home, this is the right place to do so. We bought self made chutneys & coffee and I bet everyone will love it!The most wonderful aspect is that the owner Lello is trying to educate students and people in the area to become aware of our lifestyle, that we should take care of our planet more and not exploit soil and animals, by offering his knowledge and place to teach how to do it. Nice setting. Rooms are simple but nice

I personally love going to Blended. It's such a well run little establishment with incredible staff. I adore their menu design, it's very unique, and the general atmosphere and vibe there is just lovely. Their food is always freshly prepared, and you can taste that every ingredient is of the highest quality. Taking that, and their portion sizes into consideration, they are so well priced. If you sit outside you also have a view of the ocean which is great for outdoor lovers like myself. I've made it my mission to try everything on the menu, so every time I go I order something different, and I am yet to be disappointed. Well done to everyone at Blended for creating such a unique and awesome space.

Nice vegan cafe in Durban North. The menu can be hard to decipher with all the 'vacon' and 'vish' options lol. The food however was very good and the staff were friendly. I would visit again.

I loved their chick'n burger and malva pudding.The staff are really helpful and are knowledgeable about the menu if you don't what to order.Being a vegetarian for many years, Kaylee's dining hits the spot!

The Seitan Rib Burger is out of this world. Don't judge this little store until you have tried the burgers. The Chips was some of the best I had. 5 stars to you

Not a vegan, so please take head if your not and if your a vegan another beautiful place to have added to the list of vegan spotsFor me it's all about the experience here the food was brilliant in presentation but failed to deliver in Terms of my palette taste ,,now I have been to vegan places and the food normally and the taste was palatable just barely ,so for the food side as a omnivore it's a no from me been to others where you are actually fooled into thinking it's not vegan food like the Mandela Cafe just from the taste and textures ,staff was friendly and helpful, a very lovely experience to say in the leastWould recommend as someone not useto the vegan way that if a non vegan walks in have something that has a good flavour profile , that helps the transition from the normService and atmosphere was wonderful felt very fitting for the blind date ,would highly recommend the place seems lovely

We had a vegan lunch at the restaurant. I had the pie and gravy, a friend the burger and another friend the blushing avocado on sourdough. The food was excellent. It is such a delight to find a restaurant with a fully vegan, plant-based menu. Prices are really good too.
