I wish these guys had competition because they are useless! Was told 15 working days, and when I finally maged to call them after 4 weeks I am told it's 6 weeks. Multiple other friends were also told 15 working days. I contacted the UK government and they said a decision has already been made, but 4 days later and TLS still havent notified me of anything! USELESS!!!!!

Unfriendly, unhelpful. No assistance given in whether you have the right supporting docs or not.Never saw a smile!What is supposed to be an exciting trip has turned into a 6- week worry as to whether I’ll even get the visa due to wrong or insufficient supporting docs.

Horrible waiting time for decision-making. Zero communications and it doesn't help that there isn't a number you can call to find out the progress of your application. Absolutely horrific !!!!!

The staff are absolutely amazing. Right from the security guards at the door, the reception and collection, data capturing and biometrics, I only received pleasant and helpful service. Everyone has a smile on their face. Quick turnaround times as well. Would highly recommend using their services.

I am extremely stressed! Our tickets are booked for Friday (4 days' time) and I'm still waiting for my visa. It has almost been 7 weeks now.What makes it worse is the fact that my hands are tied: there is no contact number. My husband's visa took 5 weeks (we were told 5 - 6 weeks), so I had no reason to doubt that I wouldn't have it on time.
