I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, WITH SA MIGRATION, THE APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION WAS DONE IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2022 FOR MY FAMILLY FOR WAIVER AND RELATIVE VISAS , ALL MONEY PAID IN FULL INCLUDING THE SMS FEES AT THE VFS ,SINCE THEN I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM SA MIGRATION, I'M MAKING AN EFFORT TO CONTACT THEM SOMETIMES I GET NO REPLY ,I STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH 1 MORE RELATIVE VISA AND 4 PERMANENT VISA, AT THIS POINT I WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER LEGAL COMPANY FOR THE NEXT PROCESS ,COMMUNICATION SKILL IS VERY VERY POOR WITH SA MIGRATION ,THEY ARE QUICK TO RECEIVE NEW CLIENTS AND VERY POOR TO SERVE THE EXESTING ONES

I applied at VFS with Lee the other day! It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! Everything done very professionally! She is very light and friendly with all the people there, that makes the atmosphere super chilled and relaxed! If you want to relieve yourself from stress when you apply do it with Lee! Thank you!

Hello dear..When I heard about samigration I was so excited I told this is the place I will get a solution ,but no they have fail me ,I been suffering to get my unabridged marriage certificate at home affairs for a year now, so here by Sami a lady said to me it gonna take two weeks for me to collect my unabridged marriage certificate I paid money, let me tell you it's a month now and two weeks if I'm not wrong I didn't get it yet story after story , I think the lady got poor communications, sorry to say but she's rude many times she doesn't even great or respond when I great her ,what hard me the most is two times she's said come and collect ur certificate but it's never be the caseI think I need to lodge a complain at police, either you give my money back ,u can not tell me 2weeks now we reach 2 months ,where are we going now you keep on lying to me like a small child

Please people do not rate your 5 stars before receiving service from this company, you are giving other people false hope. These people are just a group of scamers. Please refund my R5000 if you can not provide me with your service. Stop stealing from the poor foreigners.

I applied for help 10/2022 from the office in order to push my student visa, the agreed was to make the pushing in two weeks, and I waited for more than three months, and there was no result.The ceo told me that you have to pay upfront to make the process if we didn’t proceed the pushing we will refund your money. So I trusted them and i make 15,000 rand payment for pushing.every time i go to the office I meet a new employe with a new story. And now I write to the ceo many times for a refund to get my money back, he does not respond, and I went to the office, no response.And the funny part is the employee (Kelly) Who should keep me updated has no phone

I received excellent service from Lee and Geraldine, they were helpful and friendly and I will definitely refer them to my family and friends. I had a great experience and SA Migration really needs more people like Lee and Geraldine that makes the process more easier. Ladies keep up the good work.
