I was so embarrassed and shocked at the wellness clinic when one of the nurses shouted at me for asking for one more request on our way out that I had forgotten to ask for while we were in the nurses room getting a check up. She angrily said why didn't I ask her before, in front of other patients and my child, I was stunned and felt embarrassed by her choice of reaction. Also when we bring children in, please be more friendly, I have to explain to my child why she shouted at me and doesn't smile much. Extremely dissatisfied by the nurses treatment, it's like walking on eggshells when a person demeanor can seem so irritated, and I don't even possibly know why, cause we don't know each other personally

Angelique is very helpful and listens to what your goal is with regards to nutrition. She assists you by giving you the necessary tools and advice in order to achieve your goal. She is very friendly and this makes it easier so achieve your goal.

I started training at Crossfit Dignus only a few months ago. I was very nervous walking into my first class, not knowing anyone or what to expect. But I was thrilled when everyone was so supportive and motivating. I have grown so much confidence and love training everyday. I can see my body getting stronger and fitter every time I train. I can not recommend Claire or Kosta any higher, they are fantastic trainers who put so much emphasis on technique and living a healthy lifestyle!

Mopani Fresh it is fresh. The friendly service the excellent food ,great coffee Sandwiches next level. You must stop and recharge here really good. The Pharmacy also next level everything you need and excellent service. Best pharmacy in South Africa and I travel a lot.

The best CrossFit box I have trained at! The coaches go over and beyond to assist. Friendly and supportive. The members are very welcoming and classes are fun (in between very hard work)

Very quiet and private clinic. I even forgot I'm in the busy pharmacy. The attending nurse Nompumelelo was so great. She was quick and gentle. And explained everything to me step by step. I highly recommend this clinic because of her

Terrible service was looking for a bike got completely ignored. Had also phoned and was told had no stock and they took down my number never called back. There are other Trek retailers in Jhb and got what was looking for there
