Everything from the food to the service and the complimentary smoothie is absolutely amazing!! Simoné is also an agent who goes out of her way to accommodate someone. Apart from her the rest of the staff are absolutely lovely, all the meals that I could not eat were swapped out of my kit and replaced with meals more suited to my preference. The food itself is fantastic and saves me the hassle of ordering food at work but also saves me the trouble of cooking. Whole hearty meals with snacks and drinks, a perfect balanced diet. Amazing food, amazing people!

Incredible service and super helpfulThis store is well run and it’s a great place to get organic foods, homeopathic remedies and even fill your prescription medication.I love how well laid out this store and everything is very easy to find. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to help with advice and recommendationsThey also have consulting rooms and the doctors are absolutely amazing. It’s so refreshing when a doctor tries to look at things differently instead of simply prescribing medication to get you out of there to see the next patient. I won’t go anywhere else now, I’m truly humbled to be around people who actually care

Not much variety and staff not helpful

I love Fitchef and have been a customer for years. I must say I miss the old packaging they had, I miss the ice cream , I miss the butchery selection etc. At one point it was my all stop shop, now I feel I’m paying the same price if not more for a meal, but the packaging quality has been compromised. In terms of portion size and taste, I’m still happy. Variety of meals is always an issue with items being out of stock etc.

Some great instant pudding and Jelly a fave, and really tastes amazing which was surprising for a sugar free treat. Loved it

I absolutely loved my 3 Day Juice and Soup Cleanse! I cannot believe that just after 3 days it made such a massive improvement on my body and mind. The 1st day was a breeze, the 2nd day was easy too but I was bit more tired than usual and the 3rd day I experienced the juice high"
