Fixed my running in the space of 3 weeks! Went from not being able to run further than 8km’s to doing a 21km in 3 weeks and then a 40km trail run in the space of 3 months. Always checking in and always giving great training advice. Highly recommend!

Gary is incredibly professional and takes great care in supporting you as his client. He helped me with pain that I was experiencing in my shins and showed me easy-to-do-exercises I could do at home alone to help with recovery.His knowledge is extensive and I’d highly recommend Gary for support in healing from injuries and also if you’re looking to achieve physical sports goals or just general improvement in your training techniques.

The service/treatment and mannerism of Gary was impeccable to say the least. He went the extra mile to assist my gran and had all the patience to help her through a difficult time.
