Terrible service. Always making mistakes with orders, do not communicate with you - act as if they are doing you a massive favour. Staff are rude, Charlene in particular. I recommend looking for a different supplier.

Been purchasing from them for more than a year now however on my last order, I received the incorrect goods and was told by the despatch and office staff that this is not their problem, it’s my problem, there’s no way they going to refund me , I had already made payment via eft before receiving the goods. This is absolutely terrible service as they always tell me I need to show proof of payment otherwise they wouldn’t deliver the goods. It was even ticked and checked on the invoice that it’s been despatched so whoever was counting it clearly failed math.
