Lovely red light in the sauna . Sauna not the typical steam sauna so sweating minimal but felt invigorated afterwards and a very calming experience. I will go again.

Lara always goes the extra mile to make sure that you are treated correctly and safely. She has a wealth of knowledge and always keeps up to date with the latest research and methods. A highly recommended Physio!

Very very professional! Simon fixed my back pain very very fast. He also explained the anatomy of the issue specifically which is super important for avoiding any future injuries, he also shared some stretches i have never heard of before which were clearly very important in fixing the pain i felt. I highly recommend this place. Professional, clean, accessible etc etc etc. Thanks again!

Awesome little gym. Most of the equipment is good, but there are a few older specimens. The heated pool and studio are great. Spinning bikes are top notch and the circuit training is also awesome.

In January this year my medical aid authorised a 7-day step-down stay for post-operative care following knee-replacement surgery.However, within hours of admission, I had serious reservations about the competency of this facility to aid my recovery (a confused response from staff as to the medication I required; a disregard for sanitation, with a large container of hazardous biological waste material in the bathroom opening into the ward with no extractor fan or ventilation; the occupational therapist who hounded me for treatment I didn't need or want).I resolved to discharge myself there and then. Not possible"

It's so tough to find a friendly fresh exciting physio that shows real interest in the well being of their patients. Most just churn you out but not Mr Umr. I had almost given up on my knee after seeing all these other physio over the past 3 years. From the consultation I already knew that this was going to be a different result. Firstly his knowledge was that of an experienced physio often making more sense too, the massage to alleviate immediate pain was world class and the rehab to follow has allowed me to train for my long lost love... triathlons. In short he not only helped where others couldn't, he also revitalized my ambitions to compete again. You won't be sorry

Maqsood has been more than a physiotherapist to me at Ahmed Al Kade. He took care to motivate, inspire and teach the necessary survival skills for Covid. Allah truly works through him and his team via their divine hands and compassion. Keep up the great work Mr Haffejee and thank you for being the pillar of support as I gained by strength again.
