Might as well close this shop down, service is pathetic and the security at the door need some attention about customer service, don’t enjoy being harassed about how I fold my till slips.Only 2 tellers open on a Saturday morning

Pathetic assistance from receiving staff and security. The staff won’t even stand up from his seat to talk to customers at the gate. When asked where to go the security guard badly shunned a finger into a general direction. Had to swopped a faulty tumble dryer, but will ask customers to rather visit a Makro or any other appliance store.

Customer service is their mai' priority

Don't even deserve one star, bought a fridge on Monday, paid cash, today is Thursday and still no fridge, worst of all I'm on the phone trying to get it sorted, the couriers delivered to the wrong address, didn't bother to call me at all, when I call the courier company (who are also useless) they cant help me and tell me to call the driver, shocking!! they then sent it back to the warehouse and customer service can only say its been escalated to the relevant department whoever that is and will take another 24 to 48 hours, absolutely shocking, we buy a fridge because the one we have isn't working so it is an urgent appliance, I told my hubby never again each time I've been to game there have been issues, not just Alberton but other stores too, clearly need major overhauls in terms of staff training etc

Huge variety.. Staff not too helpful from my personal experience overall happy to shop there again.. The times I have been there, there weren't enough till operators so queues were lagging over all most of my additional shopping I do at game.. Will gladly go again

Wow!Wow!Wow! I went to this Game store on the 15th of August to buy some stuff. The service I received there was out of this world, top notch. I would like to give my gratitude to the gentleman and the ladies who where busy packing stationery in that section. Excellent service indeed. That Gentleman and those ladies that you see in that pictures, they are customer service personified. Like really now, I have never encountered such warm love that I received on that day. It was really amazing. You guys rock. You are the definition of good quality customer service. You are beautiful, humble and respectful. Le a ratega shem(You are likeable) You are the kind of workers that makes a customer to want to go back to buy at that Game store. I would also want to specially thank the cashier who helped me at the till. You know that's what other cashiers don't understand, that they are the face of a store. They are the first people that we see when we enter the store and they are the last people that we see when we leave the store. Wow! That girl is the face of Game. She's beautiful, she is humble, she is respectful she is intelligent, she is articulate, and she has a good sense of humour. Her smile is so infectious. I can talk the whole day about that girl. I really received the best service from every one that I came across that day. Keep it up guys. You are well trained. I hope that your employers will read this review and appreciate you. Thank you. Absolutely love this store, very friendly staff always friendly and willing to help. Was a bit disappointed in them not having a gopro mount that I previously bought from them. But overall great shopping experience.
