I made a purchase online and they sent me the wrong bag. After arguing for days as to how to correct this, they said I must collect the correct bag at the store. When I get to the store, they were also keeping the wrong bag. Really disappointed in their online service

Service not as efficient and quick as I'd like it to be. Variety of stock on-hand disappointing. Been here a couple of time, but have not been able to find my size (which is a very common shoe size).

Bad experience with staff at Canal Walk. Assistant manager has no way of speaking to customers or assisting them at all. Will never buy anything from Aldo again and would not recommend.

You are most likely to find the best shoe, I couldn't find what I was looking for but I saw other beautiful shoes. The price is worth the value you get out of their items
