We visited your coffee stall in the Cradle after mountain biking. I found your african staff to be super helpful, efficient and friendly. The two white guys acted like they were doing us a favour by being there. They didn't call us when our food order was ready and then, looking most annoyed, passed our cold food to us. I also got a snotty answer when I enquired about the farm fresh eggs that were sold there a week ago. Your millenial brats need some training in customer service. I'd rather go to the bistro next door the next time.

Your Cradlestone branch is impeccable. Friendly staff, great coffee with a welcoming interior.

Ordered a coffee machine from them on Takealot. We contacted them to confirm that they have to correct model. Followed up to check if when theywould be able to ship, advised that it is at the warehouse and will ship soon. After waiting a week they then canceled the order stating they have no stock

I ordered 2kg of coffee online, paid and got confirmation emails but the coffee has not been delivered. Bru are not returning emails, phone calls or messages. Be cautious with this company, something is not right.

Purchased from the online store. They did not have stock and over 1 month later they have not refunded the money

Stumbled across this gem of a place this morning and we were so impressed. Parking was easy, so accommodating for cyclists. Coffee was delicious, pizza was amazing and service was friendly. We will be back !

Wonderful coffee blends, and great service. Settled on Bru coffee because it always delivers. I highly recommend this and have our extended family hooked too.
