Marnitz Kraal Lodge
We occupied 6 chalets, 2 of them the power kept tripping so we didn’t have air conditioning during sweltering heat. Two other chalets had bed bugs. No one around to help and when we complained the next morning all we got was a sorry. For the price they charge compared to other lodges in the area the accommodation was shocking.

Always a freindly place to stop. Camping a little down at the heel. Very nice abblutions . Nice sites but difficult to park a caravan. Electrical points a bit of a problem but solveable. Convenient stop before crossing the boder at Martins drift.

No service at all. We wanted to have lunch with our 2 children, but we were ignored. After trying to order at the bar twice, we left. The manager/person behind the bar walked right past us after taking other customer's orders without even looking in our direction.All of this after someone recommended the place.

Very neat and clean place to stay, nice restaurant and hosts make you feel at home. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good nights sleep with some good food as well

An authentic bush lodge, tucked away in nature. There is a bar, dancing area, restaurant and petrol station. The Marnitz pizza was amazing.

Great food, music and enough space to house a big amount of guests. Would definitely recommend!

We went there for breakfast, it was 85 rand per person. Breakfast consisted of : white bread (only option available) , scrambled eggs, sausage and mince. That's it. No drink, not even tea. Would never go back
