Omar and his team installed 2 split system Daikin units in our Annandale semi. They came onsite to assess the job and deliver a fact based quote. A must as houses such as ours are all unique and present specific installation challenges. Some companies will quote on the basis of reviewing a house plan resulting in price padding. Avoid these.The install was excellent in design and execution. Cost was certainly reasonable. There was a quality review of the install with me at the end..Here is a company with high professional standards and a real customer focus with excellent communication at every stage. Delighted!

We had our ducted AC replaced by MaximAir and they did an excellent job. Stephen conducted a site visit, inspected our ducts and provided us with a good, detailed explanation of the options. We selected an airtouch 4 system with 8 zones, all individually temperature controlled and we are really happy with it.Arran gave us a competitive quote and Victor and his team did an amazing job on the installation day. The crew arrived on time, were polite and tidy. Overall, we are very happy with the service we got from MaximAir.

I have now used Platinum AC 3 times and they are always a real pleasure to deal with.Ben came around Friday to inspect the old air-con and after a bit of a talk I decided this unit needed to be replaced. I received a quote same afternoon and booked the job. Monday was a public holiday but Ben booked the installation for Tuesday morning. His happy crew came and they looked after the place. Made sure carpet was covered and there was no mess left after the finished the job.Highly recommended, will use them again.

I had new carpets installed in my home a while back. The carpets were well laid and everything was clean and neat when I got back. This is a professional installer that installed my carpets and I expect they would last for a long time.Thanks

$225 is essentially the call out fee. The things listed as inclusions in the service are not completed. So you get the gist of where this is going. They did a quick test and diagnosed as a leak.A few days later received a quote for $799 to repair said leak. Invoice says you can save 10% by paying with crypto, seriously.Booked in the repair. This was then pushed back due to a scheduling error on their end.Unfortunately when they did attend for the repair appointment, they quickly realised that they did not have the necessary equipment to repair the leak. Not sure what the initial $225 appointment was for in that case.After a lot of wasted time, the last guy attends for the second attempt repair appointment. To be fair, he was lovely.Took roughly 1.5 hours.The repair involved adding a sealant to the system to plug up the pinhole and regas.They charged us an extra $140 on the day.The technician did guarantee that the repair should hold out longer than the unit (which is only 4 years old) which seems quite lofty an estimate.Total cost for sealant and regas $1164 plus processing fees.I would recommend looking elsewhere due to the inflated cost and time-wasting. If you wade through all of the suspect 5 star reviews to find genuine reviews for this company you will see a similar story.

They promised to get back in contact with me regarding one of their drivers who bumped into my car while it was parked in a secure parking bay even though he was advised by the parking attendent that he should park in the load zone ue to the size of their vehicle being larger in size.... I called the office and spoke to a lady who promised to get back to me in order to resolve the issue yet still hasnt and it's been about 2 weeks ago.
